SEM REGISTRO ANUAL??!!
Já pensou em ser escoteiro de um jeito simples e diferente? Aquele escotismo de antigamente que todos nós sentimos falta?
Já pensou em se registrar apenas uma vez e não precisar de registro anual?
Pois é, esta madrugada estava eu no meio de meus "garimpos" na internet, procurando material para o site e encontrei algo bem interessante. Encontrei Escoteiros Independentes!
São escoteiros como nós, mas pelo que entendi, eles não tem vínculos com a UEB, e sim com a WFIS - World Federation of Independents Scouts (Federação Mundial de Escoteiros Independentes), fundada em 1996 Na Alemanha, e a AEBP - Associação Escoteira Baden Powell. Com início das suas atividades em 2006, no estado de São Paulo.
Na verdade, o Escotismo Independente já vem de longa data, lá de 1907, quando B-P ORGANIZOU o Movimento Escoteiro, que naquela época ja estava dando seus passos.
Porém, muitas "tropas" na Inglaterra não aceitaram aderir a essa organização, permanecendo assim na concepção original de B-P.

Em 1964, Olave Baden Powell reconheceu a legitimidade do Escotismo Independente, cedendo o nome "Baden Powell" à B-PSA (Baden Powell Scout Association), *associação de Escoteiros Independente da Inglaterra.
Ambas tem simbolos escoteiros um pouco diferentes dos nossos, pelo que percebi nas fotos de alguns membros, no lugar do bureau mundial usam o símbolo da WFIS, outros usam o símbolo da AEBP, uma bela flor de lis, mais parecida com uma chama com nossas cores nacionais predominantes, tem seus próprios Jamborees e atividades nacionais, bem como uniformes e distintivos.

Mas o que me chamou mais atenção, foi um arquivo disponibilizado em algum site em que entrei pesquisando sobre a AEBP. Um arquivo em Powerpoint, disponibilizado para download no final deste artigo, onde se apresentam e explicam sua forma de trabalhar com os jovens.
Seus membros se intitulam "Escoteiros Tradicionais", e garantem trabalhar com o escotismo como nosso criador B-P realmente ensinou, de uma forma simples.
Os membros da AEBP, pelo que percebi não pagam inscrições anuais como os associados da UEB, e sim, escrevem-se apenas uma vez, onde seus cadastros ficam arquivados na sede da WFIS, na Alemanha. (O que é justo em minha opinião, pois o ditado ja diz: "Uma vez escoteiro, sempre escoteiro", e não "Uma vez escoteiro, escoteiro até o fim do ano").
Seus membros afirmam que o Escotismo Independente defende a proposta original de Baden-Powell, o Método Escoteiro como proposto no início com a aplicação fundamental do Sistema de Patulhas e da Corte de Honra, Encarando o Escotismo como um MOVIMENTO e não como uma INSTITUIÇÃO ou ORGANIZAÇÃO.
Entretanto, parece haver um certo impasse, pois a UEB se nega a reconhecer o Escotismo Independente e a AEBP no Brasil.
Alguns dias atrás, enviei um E-mail para o correspondente da AEBP no RS, Sr. Augusto K. Postal (Chefe Guto), solicitando mais informações,
